Jason is working on getting our Christmas lights up. Here's a little tip, check the strands BEFORE you hang them. Otherwise you might get them up and realize that they're all burned out. Not that that happened to us. Ahem.
This is my new Sunday School class. It's a hands-on family history class. We all bring our laptops, log on to the church's internet and learn how to research our ancestors from experts. I'm really enjoying it.
The cousins played all day and all night. They pulled out Grammy's old scraps of material and sewed capes. Then they played superheroes until midnight.
I think cousins are one of life's greatest blessings.
I was so busy eating and enjoying Jason's family that I didn't take any pictures today. It was lovely. My sister in law took hundreds, so I'll try and get some of hers and post them someday.
We drove to Utah today and along the way Sawyer had to go. While he was doing his business, Macey screamed out the window, "Sawyer STOP! That sign says no P!"
My kids are still enjoying their 10 days off for Thanksgiving break, but today they got a little bored. So we went to the church and rode bikes. Skyler convinced Macey that her bike is very sturdy and won't ever tip over. He's a good brother.
This is the first thing that Mitchell ever made and brought home. He made it yesterday in nursery. I found it today in the trunk. I hung it on the fridge. He keeps walking by and placing his hand on it. He remembers! And I think he's proud.
